Shipping and Returns

We will accept orders from anywhere in New Zealand and Australia on application. We reserve the right to accept orders at our discretion.

 

Shipping

  • All orders will be dispatched once payment confirmation has been received. Orders will be shipped via New Zealand Post or courier services and be delivered between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding Public holidays (subject to their terms and conditions).

 

  • Plexus & VuPlex Plastic Cleaner are classified as a dangerous good and may be delivered by specialist couriers.

 

  • Please make sure all customer shipping details are correct as we cannot redirect any orders once they have been dispatched.

 

  • All parcels are sent via the terms and conditions of the carrier and may require a signature upon delivery.

 

  • New Zealand Rural destinations and or Saturday deliveries attract an extra delivery fee per service. Rural deliveries can also take longer to be delivered.

 

  • In the event that there is no one in attendance at the nominated delivery address, couriers including New Zealand Post may leave a parcel collection card or instruction for arranging redelivery.

 

Returns Policy

  • Should you need to return a product to us, please contact our sales team for a Return Authorisation Number (RA#). All returns must be sent for return by the Customer within 14 days of original invoice date.

 

  • Any returns other than defective goods must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, with no labels, stickers or writing on the product box. The return of goods considered to be defective is subject to testing by the manufacturer to determine whether a refund, store credit or exchange of goods is appropriate. No refunds or exchange are available on “Special Buy In” items unless they are deemed faulty by the manufacturer.

 

Damage, Defects and Loss in Transit

  • Any complaint concerning damage, short delivery, loss in transit or defect must be made within 10 working days of the Customer receiving the invoice for that delivery, or the receipt of the Products, whichever occurs later. If the complaint is not made within that time, the Customer loses any right which the Customer may have had in respect of the complaint.
