GENERAL

What if I want to Cancel my order?                                  

  • If you made a mistake or purchased the wrong product, please sent an email mail@ingear.co.nz or call 0800 753987 us within 4 hours of placing your order.

      

SHIPPING

What locations do you ship to?

  • We will ship anywhere within New Zealand

Do you accept international orders?

  • We will consider Internationally by application

Do you ship to a PO Box

  • We can deliver most products to a PO Box. Exclusions include bulky items and any product categorised as a Dangerous Good, e.g. Plexus, VuPlex, any Aerosol etc.

Does your pricing include shipping?

  • No, shipping will be calculated when you place an order.

Can I track my order?

  • You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. This will include a tracking number so you can follow your parcel. A signature will be required upon delivery of all orders unless you provide us with authorisation to leave your parcel. If no one is at the specified shipping address when delivery is attempted, our carriers will leave a card to collect your parcel at your nearest post office. For any special delivery instructions please let us know when you place your order

What currency are your prices listed in?

  • All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars

Do your prices include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (gst)?

  • Yes, all our prices include gst.
