Convenient, versatile, lightweight and allows flexibility of design, all characteristics of the modern day miracle we know as plastic. Plastic materials have worked their way into every aspect of our lives and will continue to do so even more into the future as chemists invent new applications.

Although plastic has many advantages, the main set back of the material is its vulnerabilities when it comes to cleaning and maintaining. This is particularly relevant when it comes to clear plastics where fine surface scratching and dirt accumulation cause a breakdown in clarity.

Normal cleaning products can damage plastic, reducing its lifespan considerably and adding to replacement cost if the cleaners used, contain the wrong chemicals.

Until recently there has not been an effective product to satisfy the requirements of maintaining the delicate surfaces of plastics. Often other cleaners have been difficult to use or simply inefficient in the long term.

How it works

The product works using five functions in one quick action.

It cleans using safe ingredients that won’t damage plastic surfaces.

It applies a fine coating of wax that gives the surface protection from micro scratching.

The wax acts as a barrier against water (hydrophobic) and other atmospheric conditions that cause aging and a break down of clarity.

Static that is built up in the plastic surface and attracts other abrasive material such as dust, is controlled by VuPlex’s® anti-static properties.

VuPlex® polishes to a high shine and restores the lustre and “new look” to the surface. The finish is not sticky or greasy and can be achieved in mere seconds.
